On Friday evening, May 21st, 2010, Megan Ihnen, and I were privileged to present a private recital program of popular Neapolitan songs in the “Formal Salon”, pictured above, at The Villa Firenze, the residence of the Ambassador of Italy to Washington, Giulio Terzi di Sant’Agata.  The Ambassador’s wife,  Dott.ssa Antonella Cinque,  graciously introduced us herself.  Our performance, “…a surprise gift…” for Senator Mario d’Urso, was warmly received by the Senator as well as the approximately 75 people in the audience.  It was a joy to perform for such an appreciative and knowledgeable audience.
