href="http://www.mishkantorah.org/" target="_blank">Mishkan Torah Congregation</a> in Greenbelt, MD.</p><p>Quoting from the program notes, &#8220;[In this concert] We celebrate generational change and continuity at Mishkan Torah by presenting a &#8230; spectrum of younger and veteran artists&#8230;What more auspicious day than Mothers Day could we pick for such an occasion&#8221;?</a></p><p>More on this event including photos can be found <a

href="http://www.meganihnen.com" target="_new">Megan Ihnen</a>, and I were privileged to present a private recital program of popular Neapolitan songs in the &#8220;Formal Salon&#8221;, pictured above, at The Villa Firenze, the residence of the Ambassador of Italy to Washington, Giulio Terzi di Sant&#8217;Agata.  The Ambassador&#8217;s wife,  Dott.ssa Antonella Cinque,  graciously introduced us herself.  Our performance, &#8220;&#8230;a surprise gift&#8230;&#8221; for Senator Mario d&#8217;Urso, was warmly received by the Senator as well as the approximately 75 people in the audience.  It was a joy to perform for such an appreciative and knowledgeable audience.</p><p>More information about Ambassador Terzi, Dr. Cinque and the Villa Firenze can be found here: <a
