America Sings: A Festival of American Music for the Voice

Festival Showcase
Soprano Patricia Racette–”a dramatic soprano of the utmost subtlety and emotional power” (Clive Barnes, New York Post)–is the headline performer in a free concert displaying the variety of American vocal music genres, including sets by the Richard Montgomery High School Choir, the Duke Ellington School for the Arts Chorus, the New Dominion Chorale, the new National Master Chorale, and others.

Performance Timing: Approximately 3 hours, including one intermission.

This event is FREE and General Admission tickets will be available from the Presenter Only, beginning Oct 1. Please call (202) 365-9064 for further information.

I’m accompanying Danielle Talamantes and Stanley Webber each in a solo as well as a duet.

Tickets are free from the Vocal Arts Society .
